The hydraulic cone cone crusher of Hp series adopts computer optimization design to speed up main shaft speed. The unique crushing chamber replace system can quickly replace components in crushing chamber to meet different size requirement. This hydraulic cone crusher is widely used in Mining industry. It is suitable for hard stone such as granite and balsalt. The friction disc design and rotation of eccentric shaft bushing around fix cone plus more reasonable "labyrinthseal" system are unique features of H series, which have more advantages like easier operation, larger application scope, more reliable, more smooth functioning comparing with spring and traditional cone crusher. It is the most ideal equipment for large stone crushing factory and mining industry.
Hydraulic cone crusher Working Principle
Hydraulic pressure cone crusher is completed between the fixed cone and eccentric rotating moving cone.Horizontal axis of crusher is driven by motor through the V-belt,and drives eccentric cover by gear.Eccentric cover makes main shaft rotate to cause eccentricity.Materials enter crushing chamber through upper inlet of crusher,and are discharged out through lower outlet.The series of Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher has much less trouble,and operating ratio is increased more than 85%,so the whole cost is reduced greatly.

It keeps the constant of the discharge opening by rotating the fixed cone, which improves the stability of the whole production process. Besides, the Iron protection device can ensure the immediate reset of the crusher after the iron lump goes through, which can keep the stability of the discharging opening. HP series cone crusher can produce finer particle size with fewer crushing stages, which reduces the cost and saves the resource.

Unique inter-particle crushing action of HP series cone crusher provides a more consistent gradation and a superior product shape (cubicity).
