HZS240 Concrete Mixing Station The theoretical productivity of this model of equipment is 240 cubic meters per hour; the mixing host is a JS4000 forced mixer, the batching machine model is PLD4800, with accurate measurement and high production efficiency.
It is a semi-automatic concrete mixing equipment consisting of feeding, batching, mixing, electrical control and steel structure components.
This mixing station has the advantages of occupying less capital, occupying less space, using less equipment, and can produce high-quality and efficient concrete when the batching machine measures accurately. Suitable for small-scale construction sites, prefabricated parts factories and commercial concrete production plants.

Q3: What's the capacity of concrete batching plant do you have?
A:The capacity of concrete batching plants range from 25m3/h to 150m3/h.
Q4: Is the belt conveyor necessary?
A: No. The discharging height of concrete batching plant is 1m. If your discharging height is higher, the belt conveyor is necessary. It can reach 3.5/3.8/4.0 meters.
Q5: Do you have CE certificate for your concrete batching plant / cement silo?
A: Yes, we have. Both are our patent products, certificated by CE.
