Impact Crusher is a new high-efficiency Limestone Crusher , its features are: small size, simple structure, large crushing ratio, low energy consumption, large production capacity, uniform particle size, and selective crushing effect, promising device; the Impact Crusher biggest drawback is that the blow bar and the impact plate are particularly vulnerable to wear and tear, especially for crushing hard ore, the wear and tear is more serious and require frequent replacement.
Because it is restricted in the hard material crushing applications, usually used to coarse crushing, breaking or crushing of brittle materials with medium hardness or below like limestone, coal, calcium carbide, quartz, dolomite, iron pyrites, gypsum and chemical raw materials etc.

Working Principle of Impact Crusher:
The electric motor drive the rotor to high speed, when the material was fed to the crushing chamber from feed inlet, the material will be struck by the plate hammer on the rotor, then will be thrown to the impact plates, after struck repeatedly, the final products will be discharged from the crusher.
